Event and Stadium Suppliers Group and partners organizes a Stadium Tour in the USA from 30th of May till 6th of June 2013.
With this tour we don’t want to show you only how to make more return of investments for your stadium, but we also want to show you some new trends that are being used in our stadiums and arenas of today .
Not only major venues will be shown during the tour, but also smaller venues comparable with some smaller venues in Europe will have the attention during this tour.
In New York we will see the newest technologies for out and indoor video, as well as all the newest technologies for digital advertisement boarding. We also will have a workshop together with the NFL(National Football League) and MLS(Major League Soccer). Here you can have open discussions and compare with the leagues in Europe and the USA.
In Philadelphia, Global Spectrum is going to give you some ideas and show you how you can bring extra content to your venue, and they will explain you how they can help bringing in extra value and revenue into your stadium.
In Dallas we will meet some people of WHJW (Audio and Video consultants) who can turn your venue in a real ROI environment. You also will go the stadium of the art, which is the Dallas Cowboys stadium who has a giant video screen of 4000 m² and a state of the art retractable pitch and roof.
Also in Dallas you will see how to make extra revenues outside your stadium.
From Dallas we will travel to Orlando where you will be introduced by Disney Institute how to create a VIP experience for every visitor that comes to your venue. Disney Institute worked together with Amway Center in Orlando where you will experience the Disney Influence of the extraordinary hospitality that they brought to that venue. Disney will also will give us a tour behind the scenes at Magic Kingdom in Disney World. This tour will be very exclusive and never seen before.
Disney Institute will also tell you about their involvement with FIFA and the Superball in the USA.
Finally we will bring you to LA where you will be guided around in the LA Staples Center, the Grammy Awards is one of their yearly activities beside 320 other activities during the year.
To end our tour we will invite you to have diner in IL Piccolino at Robertson Boulevard in West Hollywood, where we can enjoy the good Belgium-Italian food .
We most possibly could spot some famous people of the music and film industry who bring their regular visit to this restaurant.
I know it is a quiet busy schedule but we will make sure that you also have enough free time available if you want to spend some time by yourself or if you want us to set up individual meetings during this tour.
